Returns Policy:
Please double-check the dimensions to ensure they suit your space before ordering. Returns are only accepted if the item is faulty. We recommend inspecting the item upon delivery while the courier is present to confirm its condition.

All furniture is fully wrapped and secured for safe transportation.
We use a good friendly reliable Courier service who are fully insured and will track all deliveries. The fee applied is for mainland UK only.

In-stock items: Delivered by courier within approximately 2–3 weeks, depending on your delivery area. Most orders are delivered sooner, where possible.

Made-to-order furniture: Please allow approximately 9–12 weeks for your bespoke piece to be carefully handcrafted and delivered.
